1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Topperscloud services, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
  • One account per user. You must not share your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Our Services

Topperscloud provides online educational services including live classes, recorded lessons, test series, doubt-clearing sessions and study resources for Class 7–10 students. We may modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course material, videos, notes, tests and resources on Topperscloud are the exclusive intellectual property of Topperscloud Education Pvt. Ltd. You may not:

  • Record, copy or distribute our video content
  • Share login credentials to allow others free access
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass other students, parents or staff members
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack any part of the platform

6. Payments

All fees are payable in advance. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Enrolled students have access to subscribed courses for the duration of their plan. Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Topperscloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify registered users via email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Contact
