How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@topperscloud.in with your registered email and order details
  • Or call us at +91 99999 99999 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM)
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Free trial or demo class enrollments
  • Partially used annual plans after 15 days
  • One-time resource purchases (eBooks, question paper packs)

Subscription Plan Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
